Richard Relucio

As far as I'm concerned this user is up for block by any admin for even the slightest vio of the rules. I've allowed him to edit against my better judgement. I'd ask all admins to watch him and to block indef for even the slightest vio of the rules. He has created much disruption on enWP and I'm not willing to let that happen here. The hyperlink points to another language version of the article. I do not understand what you mean. I deleted the article because it did not seem to have any meaningful/important content (or is not expressed properly) and had text that was copied and pasted from the Ovi Magazine website. An IP has made some good edits, but previously had warnings from July 2008. I've removed the warnings and added a welcome instead - is this the norm?

Two IPs
