Mordovia (Russian: Мордовия; Moksha: Мордовиясь; Erzya: Мордовиясь), officially the Republic of Mordovia,[a] is a republic of Russia. Its capital is the city of Saransk. As of 2010, 834,755 people lived in the republic.[11]
