This article lists the 100 Oldest Living current or former heads of state or heads of government of sovereign states (often a president, prime minister, or monarch) whose age Can be proven beyond reasonable doubt. Leaders are not included if no reliable secondary sources have confirmed that the leader is alive within the last 10 years. The distinction of the Eldest living State leader iis currently held by Mustafa Ben Halim of Libya who is now 99 years, 353 days and among those currently in office the distinction is held by Queen Elizabeth II who is is now 94 years, 270 days.

The Last Oldest living state leader to die was the former Belizean Governor-General Dame Elmira Minita Gordon GCMG GCVD JP aged 90 years, 2 days on 1 January and since his death last 1 January, no state leader has died in the last 15 days (15 days).
